Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw wood materials onto conveyor systems or into preparation areas.
- Operate basic machinery and tools used in the charcoal preparation process, under direct supervision.
- Monitor the initial stages of wood processing, ensuring materials meet quality specifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the charcoal preparation zone, including sweeping, clearing debris, and managing waste materials.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or process anomalies to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with sorting, stacking, and packaging of prepared wood or initial charcoal batches as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production goals and operational efficiency.
