Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy conversational AI chatbots using various platforms and frameworks.
- Implement Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) models.
- Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define user flows and chatbot personas.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize chatbot performance, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for chatbot architecture, design, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, NLP, and conversational interfaces.
- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript programming languages.
