Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute optimal routes, utilizing advanced navigation tools and adapting to real-time traffic conditions.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and ensure punctuality for all client appointments and transfers.
- Handle client luggage and personal effects with care, efficiency, and utmost discretion.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client information, itineraries, and conversations.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Maintain a consistently professional appearance and a courteous, discreet demeanor at all times.
- Assist clients with embarkation and disembarkation as required, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Ensure full compliance with all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company operating procedures.
Required Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record (no active points or disqualifications).
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in executive or private chauffeur services.
- Advanced driving skills and demonstrated knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
- Extensive geographical knowledge of Ilkley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, and surrounding regions.
