As a Check-in Agent, you will play a critical role in guiding passengers through the initial stages of their journey. You’ll be responsible for handling check-in procedures using our state-of-the-art systems, resolving passenger queries, and providing clear, concise information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and any potential delays. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures, including manual and automated systems.
- Verify passenger identities and travel documents (tickets, passports, visas) for accuracy and validity.

- Assign seats, issue boarding passes, and provide information regarding flight details, gate numbers, and boarding times.
- Handle passenger inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Inform passengers about any flight changes, delays, or cancellations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional check-in counter area.
- Adhere strictly to all company, airline, and airport security policies and procedures.
- Assist passengers with special needs or requests, providing compassionate and efficient service.
- Process payment for excess baggage or other ancillary services.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry.
