Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with self-checkout processes, providing guidance and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and gift card transactions while maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in locating items within the store.
  • Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent overall customer service.
