Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute innovative menus across Continental, Local, and Fine Dining categories, ensuring variety and seasonality.
- Oversee the daily preparation and cooking of all food items, maintaining the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and cost control.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards) at all times.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Research and incorporate new culinary trends and techniques, continuously striving to innovate and enhance our offerings.
- Monitor food quality and consistency, conducting regular checks and adjustments as necessary.
