Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating, across Continental, Local, and Fine Dining categories.
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus, incorporating fresh, high-quality ingredients and reflecting modern culinary trends while respecting classic techniques.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that meet exacting standards for taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain cost-efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP) at all times.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage kitchen budgets, including food and labor costs, to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
