Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and deliver comprehensive culinary lessons and practical training sessions.
- Instruct and mentor culinary staff and trainees on a wide array of cooking techniques, recipe execution, and advanced food preparation.
- Design and update curriculum materials, including lesson plans, recipes, and assessment tools, aligned with industry best practices and hotel standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP) in all training and kitchen operations.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assess skill proficiency.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation, showcasing new techniques and ingredients learned.
- Manage and maintain training kitchen equipment and inventory efficiently.
