Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict and improve operational performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead or participate in research and development projects for new products and process technologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, documentation, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control.
- Evaluate and implement new equipment, materials, and process control strategies.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up.
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, CHEMCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, kinetics, fluid mechanics).
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
