Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally qualified and highly experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and manage all aspects of security for a prominent organization based in Beitbridge, Matabeleland South Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive organizational security strategy, policies, and procedures to protect personnel, physical assets, and information.
- Oversee all security operations, including physical security, cybersecurity, and information security, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities through proactive assessments and the implementation of appropriate controls.
- Lead and mentor the security team, fostering a culture of vigilance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the security budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize security investments.
- Develop and manage incident response and crisis management plans, ensuring rapid and effective responses to security breaches or emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international security regulations and industry best practices.
- Liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and other external security partners to gather intelligence and coordinate security efforts.
