Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of child support cases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate case progression and resolution.
  • Conduct initial assessments and gather necessary information to determine eligibility and required actions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for child support case management.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior leads, ensuring timely intervention and appropriate resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of child support legislation and family law.
