Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through positive guidance and interaction.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare and serve snacks and meals, adhering to nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with daily routines such as napping, toileting, and hygiene.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Observe and document children’s behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills
