This is an incredible opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in childcare, as we offer comprehensive, paid training to ensure your success and growth within our organisation.
As a Childcare Lead Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for children from diverse backgrounds. You’ll work closely with our experienced Lead Educators, contributing to the planning and delivery of stimulating educational activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Your days will be filled with fun, learning, and the immense satisfaction of watching young minds flourish under your care.

We invest in our team members, offering a structured training programme designed to equip you with all the necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications to excel in this role. This includes everything from child development theories and safeguarding protocols to effective communication strategies with children and parents. You’ll gain hands-on experience supported by mentors, allowing you to develop professionally while contributing meaningfully from day one.
At Career.zycto, we believe in a holistic approach to childcare, focusing on physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. We foster an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued, and every team member feels empowered.
