Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities and educational games.
- Supervise children during all activities, including playtime, meals, and naps, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment conducive to child growth and exploration.
- Assist children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering/toilet training, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and accurately document children's progress, behaviors, and significant developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents/guardians, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and safeguarding regulations and policies.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary, following established protocols and training.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a childcare setting (e.g., nannying, nursery, daycare, teaching assistant).
- Strong understanding of child development stages and age-appropriate learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrable patience, empathy, and a genuinely nurturing disposition.
- Ability to organize and lead engaging, educational, and creative activities.
- Valid Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain promptly).
