Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate play, educational activities, and creative projects, fostering a love for learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering strictly to established guidelines, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Assist with daily routines including meal preparation and supervision, organized nap/rest times, and promoting personal hygiene practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment conducive to continuous learning, exploration, and development.
- Observe and accurately document children's behavior, progress, and any developmental concerns, communicating effectively with parents/guardians and senior staff.
- Collaborate proactively with other childcare professionals to plan, implement, and lead engaging daily schedules, special events, and themed activities.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow all emergency protocols diligently and calmly.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued, respected, and deeply supported.
- Assist children with transitions between activities, offering comfort, reassurance, and positive guidance as needed.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance childcare skills and knowledge.
