Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks, encouraging healthy eating habits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and development.
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, stories, and creative play.
- Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive interactions and self-esteem.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents/guardians regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Collaborate with lead educators and other staff members to implement daily routines and learning plans.
- Assist with basic hygiene routines, including diaper changing, potty training, and handwashing.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary, following established protocols and notifying relevant parties.
- Observe and document children's behavior, development, and any concerns, reporting to senior staff as required.
