Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and care of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, fostering creativity and learning.
- Help with daily routines such as feeding, napping, hygiene (e.g., diaper changing, toilet training), and dressing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children, including sanitizing toys and play areas.
- Observe and monitor children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to lead caregivers or parents.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to children, helping them adjust to new environments or situations.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure a consistent and supportive care approach.
- Prepare snacks and simple meals according to dietary guidelines and individual needs.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to supervise and care for children of various ages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
