Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and care of children of various age groups (infants to teens) in designated play areas and activity zones.
- Implement and facilitate age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities, ensuring all children are engaged and having fun.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering strictly to company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Support children with daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and hygiene practices, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all childcare facilities and activity spaces.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with parents regarding their children's activities and experiences.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless and high-quality childcare services and programs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance childcare skills and knowledge.
- Observe and report any concerns regarding a child's health, behaviour, or development to senior staff.
Required Skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- High level of patience, empathy, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by a resort environment.
- Basic understanding of child safety and hygiene practices (comprehensive training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous volunteer or informal experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, camp counselor, youth group leader).
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon employment).
- Some coursework or a certificate in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus, given our international guest base.
