Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging interpretation (X-ray, MRI, as needed).
- Formulate accurate chiropractic diagnoses and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations using a variety of techniques.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation guidance, and lifestyle modification advice.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic and external referral networks.
- Educate patients on preventative care, ergonomics, and strategies for maintaining long-term spinal health.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest chiropractic research and techniques.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment, upholding the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current active license to practice Chiropractic in New Brunswick.
- Malpractice insurance in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a chiropractic setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various chiropractic adjustment techniques.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
