Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and assist them in selecting their ideal Christmas tree.
- Provide information on tree types, care instructions, and pricing with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with measuring and loading trees, ensuring a safe and positive experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining tidy records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales lot, ensuring trees are displayed appealingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines for the site.
