This pivotal role is designed for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer deeply entrenched in both the design and construction phases of complex infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed engineering design for civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and structural elements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD software and other design tools.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure project integrity, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during both design and construction phases.
- Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies as required.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, encompassing both design and construction.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, ETABS).
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
