Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of various infrastructure projects, with a focus on highways, roads, and associated civil works.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely and cost-efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in infrastructure and road construction.
- Proven expertise in highway design, geometric design, pavement engineering, and drainage systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of relevant UK design standards (e.g., DMRB, MCHW).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
