You will be expected to produce high-quality technical reports, detailed specifications, and precise engineering drawings utilizing industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, and other relevant design packages. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of infrastructure and road construction projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.
- Prepare detailed engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and drawings using relevant software.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, proposals, and tender documents.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in infrastructure and road construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of relevant UK design standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Full UK driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or actively working towards it.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related specialization.
