Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in the design, analysis, and implementation of various civil engineering projects, including structural elements, foundations, roads, bridges, and water management systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project planning and design decisions.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using relevant CAD software and engineering tools.
- Ensure all project designs and constructions comply with international and local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, collaborating closely with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee construction activities, providing technical guidance, resolving site issues, and performing quality control inspections.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials and construction methods, optimizing for cost-effectiveness, durability, and sustainability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies, presenting technical information clearly and concisely.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering roles, with demonstrable project experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering design and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
