Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews and investigations of submitted insurance claims, meticulously examining all documentation, evidence, and policy terms.
- Verify coverage, accurately assess liability, and determine the appropriate settlement amount or denial in strict accordance with company guidelines and legal standards.
- Communicate claim decisions and explanations clearly, empathetically, and professionally to policyholders, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, underwriting, and other departments to gather necessary information and resolve complex and challenging claims.

- Identify and investigate potential fraudulent activities, reporting suspicious claims as per established company policy and legal obligations.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster, particularly in review and approval processes, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, various coverage types, and comprehensive claims handling procedures.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
