Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation submitted by clients or internal departments.
- Investigate discrepancies or missing information by contacting relevant parties, including clients, branches, or third-party service providers.
- Process claims according to established bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims, investigations, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, legal, and risk management, to facilitate claim resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status, trends, and outcomes for management review.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements related to claims processing.
Required Skills
