Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of all assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dining facilities, and back-of-house spaces.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing surfaces to ensure a sparkling clean finish.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linen, and cleaning products in designated areas.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with lodge policies and environmental guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linen and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used safely.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being reliable, punctual, and helpful.
