Pam Golding Properties Kenya is actively seeking a highly dedicated, thorough, and experienced Cleaner to take charge of maintaining the pristine cleanliness and overall hygiene of our modern office building situated in the vibrant Valley Arcade area of Nairobi. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in office areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchenettes, including sinks, toilets, floors, and surfaces, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
- Empty waste bins and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Dust and polish office furniture, fixtures, and equipment meticulously.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in all relevant areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, reception, and meeting rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company-specific cleaning protocols.
- Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a tidy, safe, and easily accessible manner.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably within an office or commercial setting for at least one year.
- Thorough knowledge of various cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning products.
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., vacuum cleaners, mops).
