Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior cleaners in performing daily cleaning tasks across all store areas, including sales floor, restrooms, staff rooms, and back-of-house facilities.
- Learn and effectively use various cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring their proper maintenance and storage.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the correct handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all customer-facing and staff-only areas, ensuring a pleasant environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleaning operations and store conduct.
- Participate actively in training sessions and embrace opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to schedule and company guidelines.
