Job Description

Enashipai Resort & Spa is urgently seeking dedicated and energetic Cleaners to join our esteemed Housekeeping team in Naivasha, Nakuru County. As a Cleaner, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for upholding the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas within the resort, including guest rooms, suites, public spaces like lobbies and restaurants, staff areas, and back-of-house facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of all assigned areas, including guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, lobbies, hallways, dining areas, and staff facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Sanitize all high-touch surfaces thoroughly to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas in accordance with resort policies and environmental guidelines.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linen in guest rooms and public restrooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor or relevant department.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions or need for repair.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen, as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members within housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient task completion.

- Demonstrated knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and procedures.
