Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare hotel rooms and bathrooms to the highest Premier Inn standards, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Change bed linen, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities according to hotel guidelines.
- Clean and tidy communal areas, including corridors, lobbies, and staff facilities.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including COSHH procedures, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner when encountered.
- Manage and maintain laundry duties, ensuring a fresh supply of linen and towels.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
