Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to schedules, standards, and safety protocols.
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are consistently met.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines for various areas and tasks.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and address any repair needs promptly.
