The Client Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of client information, from initial entry and validation to ongoing maintenance and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the comprehensive lifecycle of client data, including entry, updates, validation, and archival, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity across all client databases and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand data needs and provide timely, accurate data extracts and reports.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data entry procedures, data governance policies, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements related to client data management and contribute to the implementation of new systems or workflows.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by accurately entering their information into the system and ensuring all relevant details are captured.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or issues, working closely with IT and other departments as needed.
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support business analysis, client segmentation, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security policies.
  • Provide training and support to internal users on data entry best practices and system functionalities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a data entry, data coordination, or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) or other large-scale database systems.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR) is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the food production or CPG industry.
