Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data within CRM systems and other designated databases.
- Perform regular data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure the highest level of data integrity and consistency.
- Generate comprehensive reports and extract specific data sets as requested by various internal departments.
- Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
