Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in accurate data entry and maintenance of client records within our CRM and other database systems.
  • Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client information.
  • Support the team in cleaning and validating existing data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from client data as required, assisting with data analysis tasks.
  • Contribute to the documentation of data management processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to understand data requirements and support ongoing projects.
  • Assist in responding to data-related inquiries from internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information retrieval.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data privacy regulations.

Required Skills
