Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accurate and timely data entry, validation, and maintenance of client information across various internal systems and platforms.
- Learn and apply data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication techniques to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Support data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining data integrity.
- Generate basic reports and dashboards to assist with data analysis and provide actionable insights to internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Client Success).
- Collaborate effectively with Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide prompt, accurate support.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and reliability for all client records.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance data management skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Contribute to the documentation of data processes, policies, and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Basic understanding of data concepts, structures, and their importance in business operations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-related information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software, tools, and systems quickly and efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued member of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python for data manipulation, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Prior experience in an office administrative, data entry, or customer support role (internship or part-time experience is welcomed).
