Job Description
Are you a highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Interior Savings Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face (and voice) of our organization for new members, guiding them seamlessly through their initial journey with us from the comfort of your home office. This is more than just a coordination role; it’s about building foundational relationships and ensuring every new member feels valued, understood, and confident in their decision to bank with Interior Savings. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring a frictionless transition from prospect to fully engaged member.
As a Remote Client Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the first impressions our new clients have, setting the stage for long-term relationships. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for a diverse portfolio of individual and business members, primarily through digital channels. This involves everything from initial contact and documentation review to setting up accounts, introducing them to our suite of services, and proactively addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will skillfully navigate our internal systems, verify critical information, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, all while maintaining a friendly and supportive demeanor. Leveraging your strong communication skills and a deep understanding of our products, you will ensure a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience that exceeds expectations. Your daily tasks will include conducting virtual welcome calls, processing new account applications, explaining terms and conditions, and educating new members on how to best utilize our online banking tools and resources.
This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within British Columbia, while remaining an integral part of our Kamloops-based team. Success in this role requires not only meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities but also a proactive, problem-solving mindset and an unwavering commitment to member satisfaction. We are looking for someone who thrives on helping others, possesses an innate ability to simplify complex information, and can adapt quickly to evolving member needs and technological advancements. If you are eager to contribute to a values-driven organization and make a significant impact on our members’ financial well-being, we invite you to apply.
