Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist new clients visiting the Roncesvalles branch, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guide clients through the account opening process, accurately collecting and inputting required information into banking systems.
- Educate new customers on basic BMO products and services, such as chequing/savings accounts, online banking registration, and mobile app functionalities.
- Verify client identification and documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
- Address initial client inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team members or specialists.
- Collaborate effectively with branch colleagues to ensure a cohesive and efficient client experience.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support branch operations as needed.
Required Skills
