Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to understand Career.zycto's offerings, client onboarding processes, and CRM tools.
- Assist in the initial setup and configuration for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with new clients remotely to gather required information, clarify queries, and provide updates on their onboarding status.
- Support the senior onboarding specialists in troubleshooting minor client issues and escalating complex problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our digital systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding materials and procedures through feedback and active participation.
