Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program to understand Career.zycto's offerings, client onboarding processes, and CRM tools.
  • Assist in the initial setup and configuration for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with new clients remotely to gather required information, clarify queries, and provide updates on their onboarding status.
  • Support the senior onboarding specialists in troubleshooting minor client issues and escalating complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our digital systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding materials and procedures through feedback and active participation.
  • Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions regularly to foster collaboration and continuous learning within the remote team.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for a professional remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite) and comfort with learning new digital tools.
