Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for client service representatives.
- Process and manage client documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other communications materials.
