Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, generate, and distribute routine and ad-hoc client reports with a high degree of accuracy and within established deadlines.
  • Verify the integrity and consistency of data across various sources to ensure report reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Collaborate with client service managers and other internal teams to gather necessary data and understand specific reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting templates, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal inquiries regarding report content, methodology, and data interpretation.
  • Proactively identify and investigate discrepancies or anomalies in data, escalating issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes, seeking ways to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall value.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and adhere to all data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reporting, administrative, or data analysis role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and other reporting tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear report presentation and internal collaboration.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with financial services, investment, or similar industry reporting standards.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or client support role, even if indirect.
