Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program to learn Vancity's products, services, and operational procedures.
  • Assist members with routine inquiries, transactions, and account management under supervision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Vancity's co-operative values and integrate them into daily interactions.
  • Learn to identify member needs and effectively refer them to appropriate financial advisors or specialists.
  • Accurately process member transactions, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment within the branch.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve collective goals.
  • Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to continuously improve client service skills and knowledge.
