Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of key client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and strategic discussions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Proactively identify client needs, pain points, and growth opportunities, then present relevant Career.zycto solutions to drive value and adoption.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, strategic business reviews, and performance analyses to ensure client satisfaction and measure ROI.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless, integrated client experience.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and implement proactive strategies for retention and growth.
  • Drive client renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating the ongoing value of our services.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for client engagement and success.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in B2B.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client interactions and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical or service solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience within the professional services, HR technology, or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to present client performance insights.
