Key Responsibilities
- Assist nurses and medical staff with patient care activities, including vital signs monitoring, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
- Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, clinic areas, and medical equipment.
- Escort patients to various departments within the clinic for tests or appointments.
- Assist with the preparation and tidying of examination rooms before and after patient visits.
- Accurately record and report patient observations, changes in condition, and critical information to the nursing staff.
- Ensure medical supplies are stocked and readily available, notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and reassuring environment.
- Adhere strictly to all clinic policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
