Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients upon arrival, managing their check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing cancellations and rescheduling as needed.
- Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and strict confidentiality, both digital and physical.
- Prepare examination rooms before and after patient consultations, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
- Assist medical staff with non-medical tasks, such as stocking supplies and organizing patient flow.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Provide basic patient support and comfort, especially to those who may be distressed or anxious.
