Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and securely stored.
  • Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and prepare daily financial reports.
  • Manage clinic inventory, order necessary medical and office supplies, and ensure stock levels are adequately maintained.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning documents, and performing accurate data entry.
  • Ensure the waiting area and reception are consistently tidy, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical staff, including doctors and nurses, to ensure seamless patient flow and operational efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to all clinic policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide proactive support to the medical team as needed, contributing to overall clinic harmony and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
