Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
- Handle patient inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding clinic services, appointments, and procedures.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and other administrative documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle basic insurance claims where applicable.
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure clinic facilities are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management of clinic supplies and notify relevant staff for reordering.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Support the clinic in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and patient safety protocols.
