Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and scheduling.
  • Learn and effectively utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for patient registration, appointment booking, and record management.
  • Support inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medical supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with patient reception, including greeting, guiding, and answering general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Shadow clinic managers and administrative staff to understand operational workflows, challenges, and solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes, with professionalism.
