Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and registrations efficiently, ensuring optimal clinic flow.
- Maintain and update confidential patient records and databases accurately and in compliance with GDPR.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, directing them appropriately.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical staff, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering new stock as needed to ensure continuous operation.

- Assist with billing and invoicing procedures, accurately recording payments and managing financial records.
