Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Help customers locate specific items, advise on product features, and offer styling suggestions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising displays and fitting rooms.
- Replenish stock on shelves and racks, ensuring products are readily available and neatly presented.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Actively promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and inventory management.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving new merchandise as required.
